A club with a wider stage than its name suggests.

Eisstockfreunde (ESF) Heselbach-Meldau e.V. is a registered association based in Wackersdorf, Bavaria. Our roots are in sport and shared leisure time, and over the years our interests have grown to include culture, performance and creative projects.

Today we plan and host events for members, local audiences and partner organisations. We keep things practical: clear agreements, honest budgets and venues that suit the occasion.

Good events are built on small decisions made early, and on people who care how the day feels for everyone attending.

Fields of activity
Six, from recreation to conventions

What we organise

Six fields of activity. Each can stand alone or be combined into one programme.

  • Entertainment and recreation

Our founding field: ice stock afternoons, club tournaments, family days and relaxed seasonal gatherings. We handle the rules, the equipment and the schedule, so participants can simply play.

  • Cultural events

Regional evenings, readings, music and community festivals that reflect the local calendar and its traditions.

  • Performing arts

Theatre, music and small-stage productions, including rehearsal space coordination and technical planning.

  • Visual arts and creative projects

Exhibitions, workshops and collaborative projects with local artists, makers and schools.

  • Event organisation

Planning, scheduling, volunteers and on-site coordination for private, club and public events.

  • Conventions and trade shows

Layout, registration, exhibitor logistics and visitor flow for gatherings of every size.

How we work with you

  1. Organised from the start

A written plan, a shared timeline and one named contact for every project.

  2. Flexible cooperation

Full organisation, partial support or a second pair of hands. You choose the scope.

  3. Creative experience

Our members come from sport, stage and studio, which helps when an event needs more than logistics.

  4. Attention to detail

Signage, schedules, accessibility and the last quiet check before doors open.
